 All tools and accessories are covered by 12 months warranty unless specified otherwise and 6 months warranty on batteries unless otherwise specified. All products will be returned to us for repalecment or repair at the cost of the customer.We will pay for the return postage back to you. Any tools that arrive DOA we will pay full postage costs.All returns must have a copy of the purchase invoice with the warranty return.

Shipping and Delivery

Gear4dad delivers products  Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel syestem - regular post or express post options are available. This a registered postal service and all items are tracked via tracing number through www.auspost.com.au/track/  and is a signature is required on delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping can be calculated in the shopping cart where you can get a quote on shipping costs and will be added to the total before checkout.

All orders received and paid for in full before 12pm will dispatched that day providing the goods are in stock. Regular post can take upto 7 business  days depending on your postcode and express post can take upto 2 business days.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt.If there are any delays due to out of stock or unable to dispatch your product , Gear4dad will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option of changing or canceling your order for a full refund.

All Gear4dad prices are  inclusive of 10% GST , and are in Australia Dollars.

We reserve the right to void or cancel any order at our discretion if products have been listed incorrectly in anyway - including pricing, description,graphics or picture.

Returns & Refunds

Gear4dad check all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage. In the event that a fault or damage is overlooked, gear4dad will happily exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be provided in it's original packaging in a re-sellable state. Please contact gear4dad within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.If you're not satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item of equal value, however all shipping costs must be paid by the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply.  All returns must be provided in it's original packaging, unworn and unwashed and with tags attached.Please note for exchanges, a prepaid envelope/satchel needs to be included for the replacement item to be sent out and exchanges need to be completed within 28 days of original purchase date.

If an item should arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us straight away. The risk of loss/damage passes to you once we deliver to Australia Post however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.
